About The Founder
Kay Alexander holds in BA Psychology and is a certified Life Coach, with certification in Crisis Response Planning. She has spent over 20 years working with children, youth, parents, and professionals both in the social services and educational fields.
She has done extensive work with those assessed with hidden disabilities, and also has considerable experience working with those in crisis, including victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence and individuals struggling with addictions.
She has in-depth experience developing, implementing, and delivering programs and facilitating workshops. She specializes in teaching life skills and promoting personal development.
Being the mother of a autistic child with ADHD, Kay has a profound understanding of the challenges facing children with hidden disabilities and the persons who care for them. Her professional and personal experience makes her equipped for the mission this organization undertakes.
